Super Fit Services

I started off helping one Dad / executive get into the best shape of their lives as a fun & cool experiment to ward off depression.

And I got hooked.

Fast forward 8 (non-linear) years and I’ve worked with numerous tech CEOs & executives, hundreds of regular and not-so-regular exercisers, several top tech companies, and taught over 1,500 hours of group exercise classes, ranging from:

  • beach bootcamps
  • corporate bootcamps
  • F45 classes
  • football coaching & conditioning
  • company running clubs

My training has been based around long distant running (marathons & ultramarathons up to 100km), Crossfit, F45, HiiT, Olympic weightlifting, football (or soccer for the proles at the back) conditioning and everything in between.

I’ve now landed at a hybrid type of training combining weights & short bursts of cardio that gives me the best ROI on my investment time whilst minimising the risk of injury.

'Before' and 'after' intermittent fasting on the daily.

CEO / Founder Personal Training

I work with business founders, CEOs and Corporate Execs to get them into the best shape of their lives, usually when they are that bit older and find it increasingly harde to do so.

Working ‘smart not hard’ and using the training methods, bio-hacks and data-driven approach to losing weight & building muscle that I’ve honed over the past 8 years as a personal trainer and the past 20 years as an amateur athlete, we focus on overall health as well as the good stuff – like looking better naked (might as well be honest about one of these reasons we train).

Run Clubs

Super Fit Dad finishes the San Francisco marathon without training

Run-Clubs used to be called Running Groups back in my day. When the goal was improving at running, not clogging up the coastal paths around Coogee and Bondi on some pseudo-exercise, speed-dating caper.

I’ve trained myself and various companies for various events: JP Morgan Challenge, City 2 Surf, marathons, ultramarathons, and have a bunch a favoured routes around the Sydney CBD taking in hills, stairs, sprints and longer intervals.

All run classes start & finish together, the only difference being the length of an effort / interval or the number of stairs reps – these classes are great for team-building and getting fit.

My running back ground includes:

  • 10 x marathons including New York, San Francisco (x2), London, Sydney, various trail marathons
  • Ultramarathons: 6 Foot Track, Centennial Park 100km, Centennial Park 50km
  • City 2 Surf – pb 55:35

Corporate Boot Camps

Great as a team activity, these can be taken all over the city (unless there are rangers about who might move us along). Typically done close to Sydney Botanic Gardens, Barangaroo or beach-side in the Eastern suburbs, classes are suitable for a range of abilities.

HiiT-style classes using bodyweight and sometimes toys like dumbbells, kettlebells and Revo Bars make for a varied and supremely effective workout to keep the body guessing.
